Service Options Online

Service Options Online is a new service provided by American Student Assistance ® (ASA) from the corporate web site. As a password protected service, the pages are only accessible to clients who receive their username and password from their client managers. These pages were created to replace a paper form which clients filled out manually to select services. Depending on past participation in the service, the online form is dynamically populated from a database with client's information. The client then updates and submits new/changed information for the new calendar year. The client has the option of logging back in and updating their information multiple times during the open enrollment period. The form includes dynamically populated drop down menus, radio buttons and form fields with a "no select" feature based on the previous selection.
